Prime Insulators Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Dalpur, Ta: Prantij, Dist : S.K. away from 60 km. From Ahmedabad, on Ahmedabad – Himatnagar National Highway. Manufacturing of qualitative products like, High Tension Insulators, we opted for ISO 9001:2000 certification. We are situated in 41733 Sq. meter area with lots of plantation and eco-friendly environment. We have been in the ceramic industry since 1964. Now we have been launching new venture of Manufacturing of High Tension Insulators. Our factory is well equipped with latest technology and machinery for the best output and quality product.

Our Business journey starts from 1964 with Glazed Ceramic Crockery by the name of Ghanshyam Ceramics after its successful journey and with the client satisfaction was our moto. We started with Low Tension Insulators in 1994 with the name of Paras Insualtors. And we didn’t stop there we developed ourselves in different areas of the ceramic industry which is as follows .           

We are leading manufacture of high tension insulators with different range of products. We are also able to manufacture H.T. Insulators as per customer drawing to meet their dimension requirements for 400 kva voltage level.

Products : We have pin insulators upto 33 KV, Post Insualtors upto 22 KV, Disc Insulators 160 KN, Transformer busing upto 36 KV, Solid Core Insulators, Hollow Core Insulators, Current Transformer Bushing upto 33 KV, products in our bag, and planning for the future manufacturing of more products with 400 KVA range.

R & D : Our R & D Department is well equipped with all latest laboratory instruments and we are quality conscious people with very hard core checking is done after our products manufactures. We are having very sophisticated in house R & D laboratory for testing of raw materials and different quality test to keep the product quality always high.

For the technical know how and technical assistance, we have qualified ceramic engineers & electrical engineers in our plant.

At present our manufacturing capacity is 4000 metric ton per annum.
